No live view on Chrome Browser - Windows
troubleshooting

First of all, I did read this: Ring Live View Not Working or Connecting Ring Troubleshooting Tips   None of that applies to me.   I CAN see Live View on my Pixel 7 Pro - same WiFi, but for the past week I can't get Live View to work on my PC. Yes, a whole week at least.   First, it wants to verify my identity, and this is after I'm already logged in and able to access my history, but then the thing craps out with this: "We are currently experiencing temporary issues. You may be unable to access your account at this time"   To be clear, I CAN access my account, just NOT Live View.   It also seems that an issue that goes on for a week or more should not be called "temporary".   What is going on? When will this be fixed?   Thank you.

    Thank you Justin_Ring, that did the trick. I have to say, the warning I get from the attempts is misleading - I was under the impression the website was having issues because that's what it said: "We are currently experiencing temporary issues. You may be unable to access your account at this time"   Thanks again.

      Hi @LordP666. Try clearing cache and cookies to see if it helps. I also recommend making sure you do not have an active VPN. Lastly, try using a different web browser to see if it makes a difference. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
