Night vision is terrible with and without porch light
hardwired-battery-video-doorbell

So I have a light in my front yard that stays on. At night, When I turn on my porch light, there is a huge glare in the camera and when I turn it off, it's too dark to see. I've added the platform behind it and it didn't help. Any suggestions?

    Change bulb to a cree LED- worked for ours.

      That's funny that you say that, because that's the bulb in it. When I moved in, that bulb was already hooked up and I had never seen it before. I guess the cree is the socket part right?
