Ring Video Doorbell
New Wifi, cannot remove doorbell cover to access button to reset?
Is there a trick to getting the cover off of the video doorbell 2? I got a new internet provider and need to change the wifi name and password to my new one. All my cameras were easy, I just hit the button to go into settings mode and stood by it while I changed it. My doorbell, on the other hand, requires me to remove the cover to push a button on the inside. Everyone in my family has tried to get this cover off to access it with no luck. It's stuck. Now what? Is there another way to reset the wifi password without having to hit that button, a way to circumvent it as I cannot access it? Help!!!!

Hi @user_12269d. You will need to remove the faceplate in order to connect the Doorbell to Wi-Fi. If you have removed the security screw from the bottom of it and still cannot remove the faceplate, give our support team a call for further assistance.
