New animated notification not showing on watches

Hi all, The smart notification with the snapshot being shown on our watches was working fine so far. On both, an apple watch and on a Garmin Epix. But lately, ring seemed to changed to an animated preview, which shows fine on our mobile phones, but it is not working on our watches. The watches seem not to work with animated smart notifications. Is it possible to change back to simple image? Cheers

Hi @user_19fd3b. As of right now, you are not able to disable Video Preview Alerts to revert to still images.
