Neighbour alerts not working

Hello, For some reason when I get an alert from Ring about something that’s happened in my neighbourhood, when I click on it to check it out, it never loads properly. I’ll click on it to try to go to it and it won’t work, I forget what it says, it might say some internet thing and then won’t load it, so I’ll try and reload it but I just keeps saying can’t load or something of that nature. When I look in my Ring app to try to find the neighbourhood content I can’t find it. Why on earth can I seem to not use the neighbourhood alerts function. Is it my camera? Why would it give me notification of an alert but never load or let me post a comment or anything. I’m confused!
