Neighbor’s front door light interferes with camera

I have installed the door bell Ring on my front door behind the storm door. All I can see on the Ring app at night time is the Neighbor’s light from across the street, which becomes double vision, thanks to my storm door glass. I am thinking about getting some kind of translucent or one way mirror film to put over the storm door glass but don’t want to blind the camera. does anyone have a similar problem or a solution?
