how do I order a screw driver to remove the bottom screw to reset the wifi? A regular small phillips head is not working!

    Hi @user82322. You will need a torx screwdriver that should have come in your Doorbell packaging. If you have lost it, you can order a Spare Parts Kit on the Ring webpage. This page will have different kits depending on the model of Doorbell you have.
