My ring doorbell is not connected to the internet

My ring doorbell is saying it’s not connected to the internet. I rebooted it and check my WiFi. I got it working and now this morning it’s not working and it’s saying it’s not connected. Please help. The issue started this month . I’ve had the ring doorbell for two years.

Hi there, @Maggie4! As long as the battery level and wifi signal is sufficient, your Video Doorbell should remain online. Check out your [RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229), to ensure for optimal wifi signal. Please also ensure that there are not major appliances in between the router and Video Doorbell that might be blocking or interfering with wifi resources. I hope this helps! :)
