My Ring Doorbell has gone offline

Hi all my ring doorbell has lost WiFi signal, it's a hardwired doorbell & only been fitted for 5 days . No problems until now, I woke up went downstairs & my chime was flashing blue, so checked the app & no WiFi signal? WiFi is working fine, doorbell is powered fine, I can still press it & it's rings outside just no WiFi signal. I need help with this!

Hi @Gazo357. If your Doorbell has lost it's WiFi connection, you'll need to reconnect it to WiFi. Check this [Quick Fix Guide](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408533336468-Quick-Fix-Guide-) for instructions.
