My Ring chime does not restart

My ring chime has no blue light on the front no matter how many times i unplugged and replugged back in. No problem with the power socket and all other devices are working Is it under manufacture's warranty at all even its over 4 yrs old?

Hi @raymondair. Our devices have a 1 year warranty. I would suggest performing a reset on your chime.
