My doorbell wont stop ringing
I just installed ring 2 and the doorbell chime won't stop ringing.

I have a ring 3, when I connect the doorbell wires, the digital house doorbell won't stop ringing. It get about 1/2 through the chime and restarts. I didn't see a diode with the rest of the small pieces

CSame problem with a Ring Video. The instructions on the Ring site for Ring 2020 very clearly say DO NOT use a diode. Any help

Hi there, @chadcantrell! An in home chime kit that is constantly ringing is often caused by wiring, power, or compatibility factors. My digital doorbell also kept chiming non stop once I installed the Ring camera. We removed the power pack from the Pro Kit that was included (it looks like a square battery) and it resolved the issue.
