Motion Zone editing does not work well - unable to grab the handlebar's (dots) to adjust.

I have tried with my iPad Pro 12 and my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Please fix as this is a horrible user experience and arguably the most important feature of the app. Dots are hard to move, unable to get them to move and adjust area; please see all the other posts having similar issues. Please fix!

Hi @user_6095e8. I have not seen any reports of this feature not working. This Help Center article here has information on how to adjust your zones.

No fix in site, and I doubt there will be. It's been this way since they were introduced. Apple/Android (5 different phones) , no different. There are times when they need adjusting when foliage changes or new trees planted, or just realigning.Every single time, on every camera (5 around house) this happens to me. It can become so rage inducing, I want to throw my phone into the brick and rip every camera off my home and switch to something else.I cannot, for the life of me, understand why they have not fixed this. Something so simple as drawing a border should not make u want to return every camera u have (or throw them into an incinerator)! Completely mind boggling that this is still/even an issue!!!!!It's a complete software issue that they just don't want to fix. I don't know about u, but I'm tired of giving my money to these companies that just refuse to fix simple issues that cause a lot of grief!Even when the software decides to cooperate, u can't put the dots close enough together in many cases to cover a dead spot. It will not let u put the dots close enough (always has to be a gap) together. The motion zones and they way u configure them need a massive updating to stop this garbage. I've gone through a few generations of different cameras and its the same on every one. The next one that reaches its end of life will most likely be replaced with a different brand (if this issue is not fixed) as I can't stand dealing with this any longer myself.

Fix: delete the zone and start over. Very juvenile for app company to make customers find a work around for THEIR issue and refusal to fix.
