Motion not being recorded

I've noticed over the last few weeks that my Ring Doorbell is completely ignoring/not capturing movement at random times. First, I noticed there were blocks of time that state "This footage is unavailable" which is not good. Now, it doesn't even say that, just doesn't record. For instance, I left my house around 9:30 p.m. last night to take my partner to the ER, and we returned at 11:30 p.m., and neither were captured. What else was missed? Why might this be?

    Hi @Emme313. There's a few things you can try to get your Doorbell back to recording like it should. First, try to reset the Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. After 1 minute, [recconect](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) it to wifi. Once the Doorbell boots up, you should be up and running. Try pulling up a Live View to test its function. I hope this works for you!
