Ring Video Doorbell
Motion detection now
Every time I get a notification that there's some movement at my front door and I look I never see anything. Maybe 5 or 10 minutes later I can look back and see movement but what's the point of that? I want to see what set off the motion detection when it was detected how do I turn this obvious feature on?

I mean when I hear "motion at front door", I tap the Ring icon and, if it connects in 30-60 seconds (pretty common) I don't see anyone there. Usually because the person left. And I don't see the recorded motion for another 2-3 minutes. Pretty much making this useless to me. Extremely slow connection and I have a very good wifi configuration. Right now, for example, I have a recorded motion. I can go before the motion and hit play and watch a recorded video but when it gets into the "motion" section, it says "loading" forever and I cannot see the motion.

Hi there, @jglazer63! Have you tried out the Rapid Ring app? This Rapid Ring app is designed to be less robust for easy processing and prioritized for optimal live view connection. This is a great way to rule out many mobile device or network variables. It sounds like your motion settings are efficient and detecting on time, in which improving your connection will help this experience. Please ensure there is not a vpn enabled on your mobile device. Hi @jglazer63. Can you clarify what you mean when you say you cannot see anything? Do you mean you don't see any motion in the Live View, or do you mean that you cannot see the Live View because it will not load? Feel free to attach a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end as well.
