Motion detect is not functioning on new doorbell

Is there a way to test motion detection to verify that it is not faulty? I purchased 2 refurbed units from Amazon’s WOOT, one unit detects motion second unit detects no motion. And is there a way to reset the unit?

    Hi @Scott0808. Yes, you can reset the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After that, follow the steps under Set Up a Device in the Ring App to get it back up and running.
