Motion Alert Sound overriding Ring Alert Sound

Just set up my new Video doorbell 4 and it all generally works fine, apart from the notifications from the app are a bit odd. I press the doorbell without triggering the motion, the app on my phone correctly plays the Ring Alert sound I have set up. If someone walks up to the doorbell and presses the button the app plays the Ring Motion Alert sound but it doesn't play the Ring Alert Sound. Is there any way I can get the app to stop playing the Motion Alert Sound and play the Ring Alert sound when the doorbell button is pressed?
