Good question, @Joeo! If you no longer have the Doorbell packaging, the model will be best found based on visual differences. While we do have many models of Video Doorbells, there are key features that can differentiate one model from another. Check out our [Doorbell Comparison Guide](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004668746-Ring-Video-Doorbells-Product-Comparison) for some key differences between models, and visual examples. If it helps, here are some examples: A Doorbell using only wires and having no battery is likely a Doorbell Pro. The Video Doorbell (2nd gen) uses a built in battery that cannot be removed, whereas the Video Doorbell 3 models feature a quick release battery pack. If you are still needing confirmation, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support. I hope this helps! :)
