My ring 2nd Gen doorbell arrived missing the safety screws I’ve tried to use the online chat which just tells me to call the number- which I did but it’s not ringing and just ends after a second? I’m not able to install my doorbell, and don’t think I should pay for new parts out of my own money when it should be included? But unable to contact anyone
