Missing History on Holloween night

On Oct 31, my ring doorbell pro stopped recording events after 4:30pm. It just resumed recording events this morning 11/1. I have it set to record on 'person detection' only. There were many visits from kids trick or treating yesterday and none of them were recorded. When I go to live view and scroll all the way to yesterday, I see the recording in the timeline but it was in intervals like every 30 seconds so I only see bits and pieces. Was there an issue with the ring network on holloween night?
