Missed motion
battery-video-doorbell
On a few instances I’ve had packages delivered but the ring doorbell won’t record. I will get notified if a car drives by or neighbors leaving and then the following notification will be a neighbor again leaving, and there will be a package sitting on my step. But it won’t record the actual delivery. Yes I’ve checked my settings

Hi @user_77b7ee. What is the RSSI for this device? How high is it mounted from ground level, and are there steps leading up to it? Since you've already checked your settings, please share the specifics of how you have them configured so we can review them.
