Hi, looking at buying a ring door bell, but we have a metal front door, is this a problem? tried other video door bell and did not work. I see it was a problem with ring doorbell. Xx

Hi @user82935. With a metal door, you may run into complications due to the fact that metal can block Wi-Fi signals. If you purchase a Ring doorbell, be sure to use Amazon.com. That way, if the metal door is problematic, you can take advantage of Amazons easy to use returns.
