Mechanical doorbell stopped working

I installed my doorbell pro a few days ago with the transformer on my mechanical chime and everything worked fine. There seemed to be a delay, but the mechanical doorbell would chime a few seconds after someone pushed the button. This worked for about a week.Today we noticed that the mechanical doorbell is no longer chiming. The only thing that has changed was I linked an amazon echo to ring. Pushing the button now sets off an alert on the echo and it displays video, but my actual doorbell doesn't go off. I don't know for certain if the doorbell stopped working prior to setting up the echo or not.Generally speaking all of the settings appear to be correct, it just doesn't work.
