Low voltage off line every couple of days

Hi, My door bell pro keeps going off line. Device health is saying poor/low voltage. Power coming from transformer is fine upon checking. If I do a manual reset it’s ok for a few days then same again. Getting annoyed with it as the other items have not had any issues which were all installed on same day by the same chap. Help!? Thanks in advance, Sukh
