Hi! I have a Ring Video Doorbell which is hardwired.Even though it's hardwired it seems like the battery is draining and the other day I got a warning about low battery. Is this normal? ![Screenshot_20210127-154248|499x500](upload://2VcDDph3M2Q3fPHrGbzWllNnRLS.jpeg)

Hi @HrKvalvik. Hardwiring your Doorbell will provide it with a trickle charge each day that is designed to help keep the battery topped off and require it to be charged manually less often. If your Doorbell is capturing a lot of motions, dings, or Live Views, it is possible the battery may drain more quickly than it can be charged from the trickle charge. The [Video Recording Length](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040293791-Adjust-the-Video-Recording-Length-on-Your-Battery-Powered-Devices) you have set can also affect how quickly the battery drains as well. You can try adjusting some of these settings to improve the battery life on your Doorbell.
