Ring Video Doorbell
Live View timeouts after 30 seconds
Live view on my computer times out after about 30 seconds and kicks me off, even if there is someone at my front door. However, on my phone and tablet it doesn't time out until about 10 minutes. Also, live view from my desktop computer is not being recoreded, but are being recorded from my phone and tablet. I don't believe it is a connection issue since my phone and tablet are connecting to my router via WiFi and my desktop computer is hard wired to my router. And, Ring shows that my device has a strong signal.

It looks like re-installing the Ring app on my desktop computer solved my problems. Live view on my desktop computer is now staying active, and it is also being recorded.
