My Ring Doorbell will not connect to Live View from any device. I have a single Google Mesh Wifi Router connected to my Verizon Router to expand my Wifi signal to devices which may be a bit far from my Verizon wireless router in my basement. Is this the reason why I can connect to Live View? I'm not sure if there's a Live View connection conflict because I'm using a Google Mesh Wifi router.... Any ideas on what the issue may be? Thanks in advanced.

Hi @mjmpro007. I'd recommend checking the [signal strength](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Checking-Wifi-Signal-Strength) for the Video Doorbell to see if it's receiving a strong signal. If the wifi signal looks okay, then it could be some settings within the mesh network itself. Ensure that the [ports and protocols](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205385394-The-Protocols-and-Ports-Used-by-Ring-Devices) used by Ring devices are open, and try creating a guest network that is only 2.4GHz to connect the Doorbell to.
