Ring Video Doorbell
Live view freezing.
There is STILL an issue with samsung phones feezing up on live view when you first open it (if you close and reopen it then works) . You can watch the event back but it still freezes multiple times a day on Live view. Been through ALL of the trouble shooting with ring, does anyone know if they are going to take resposibility for this or not. you can see loads of forums relating to this, i.e - https://community.ring.com/conversations/ring-security-cameras/live-view-is-freezing-up/65803bfb51f6e6fe780ab4ef This is becoming a joke now, I own a work samsung and a personal samsung and both freeze up, Iphone is fine and web is fine.

Hey, I have been through extensive troubleshooting, but yes it happens on both wifi and mobile data. i've also sent in clips already, I was more trying to understand if the developers are aware of this? due to the amount of people talking about it. Android version - 14

Hi @Tommyray89. Which version of Android OS and Ring app are you currently running? Does this seem to happen on wifi or mobile data, or both? Feel free to also share a short screen recording of this freezing behavior from the Live View.
