Live Feed Not Activating

My ring doorbell is showing me recorded motion events, however, anytime I go to the live feed, the app says “activating device” and just spins. I did a reset earlier today to no avail. HELP!!

    I have the exact same problem. I think it has a lot to do with the wifi you are using at the time. I get it a lot when I'm at work. The wifi at work I don't think is strong enough to stream live video.

      I thought that too. However I am Unable To stream on cellular as well as WiFi. My WiFi connection is sitting about 110mbps down and 40mbps up. That is more than fast enough to handle the ring.
