Hi @GITAring001. If you're using an iPhone for setup, be sure that Wifi-Assist is turned off. Access this in your phone settings under Cellular, all the way down at the bottom of all the options you will see a toggle switch for Wifi-Assist. For Android, be sure that Smart Network Switch is off. This is in your phone settings under Wifi, then Advanced. Also, make sure that Location Services is turned on. Additionally, make sure that bluetooth is turned off (iPhone and Android) and any wireless printers in the area are unplugged when trying to connect to the Ring AP Network. They sometimes can disrupt the signal, causing it to not join. Last thing is to make sure your Doorbell is in Setup Mode. This is displayed by a white circling light on the front of the Doorbell. If you're still unable to connect to the Ring AP Network, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.

I have similar ring pro connection problems. rebooted device, phone, turned off wifi-assist, blue tooth, reset doorbell but keep getting a "unable to join the network Ring_..." Any suggestions? I never really get a white light to spin quickly. Mine seems to spin slowly once then pulse instead.

Hi @8Bucks. If you haven't already, reset your Doorbell Pro by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, attempt to complete the setup process in the Ring app again. If you have access to a different smartphone or tablet, try completing the setup on there as well. If neither of those suggestions work, review the troubleshooting steps in [this](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217240386-In-App-Setup-Failing-Repeatedly) Help Center article. Should this concern persist and you're unable to get your Doorbell Pro set up in the Ring app, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.
