Is the Ring Battery Doorbell Pro a big Upgrade over the Blink Video Doorbell?

Hi, I've had an OK experience with the Blink Video Doorbell, but I have found that the Blink misses motion and just feels laggy sometimes. I read it's because they use PIR for motion detection. I even bought the Sync Module as well and while it helps a bit with battery life and gives me live view, it doesn't improve motion detection. That being said, it seems the Ring Battery Doorbell Pro, while more expensive, is a lot more robust as it has radar instead of passive infrared. Will I notice a big difference? Or would even the Ring Battery Doorbell Plus be a big step up? I also do not have existing wiring but am wondering if hiring an electrician to install a Ring doorbell in Wired mode is superior.
