Is it possible to manually select 2.4 GHz or 5.0GHz frequencies on a Video Doorbell Pro?

    No, ring is only available on 2.4ghz unfortunately.

      That's strange. The Video Doorbell Pro Specs read: Connectivity - 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi connection @2.4GHz and 5.0GHz Thank you for your reply.

      When I setup my Pro 2 model, I could select either 2.4 or 5.0 SSID. Would likely be the same for your Pro.
