Hey @Randyracer. If you are installing the Ring Video Doorbell Pro without a pre-existing doorbell, you will need to wire it directly to the transformer. You can learn more about this in our Ring Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022454432-Wiring-Diagrams-for-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Pro-Setup), and then selecting "Direct to Transformer" from the list. You will see two Doorbells there, so just ignore one of them to understand the diagram. The setup process will still be in the app to walk you through that once you select "Set up a Device" from the dashboard or main menu.
