Existing Ring install. Trying to add new 2nd Gen Doorbell. Add device in app - scan QR code on device - existing location isn't shown in app, only the option to add a new location What is the problem here?

For your concern, try the following steps: - Verify your Ring app is up-to-date with the latest update available. - Disable any active VPNs on your phone. - Uninstall and reinstall the Ring app on your phone.
