My video history list is showing the right time but when you click on the video to view,  it is showing the wrong time it's 4 hours apart . I have tried everything to fix it but no good and I think ring customer service is giving me the runaround. So what's the problem and have anybody else noticed this?

    This issue has been resolved in app version 3.74.1. Check the app store to see if you have an update available for the Ring app. Please keep in mind that app updates are performed on a slow rollout, so you may not see an update available yet. Thank you all for your continued patience.

      Same issue here. Event list is showing the correct time, but time on the videos is 5 hours ahead.

          Thank you for the feedback, our team is currently looking into this. The time stamp on the Event History should accurately reflect your time zone, while the timestamp in the video itself is presented in UTC. This is why it appears to be the wrong time.
