Incompatible Doorbell Help Required
Hi,I have hard wired my ring 3 plus and have discovered that my Deta C3500 doorbell is incompatible.Is there a fix for this, as I would like doorbell to chime in house?Also is the incompatible doorbell preventing my hard wiring from working, as showing battery in app?Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hey @kingdomoffife. That is correct, you'll want to install a compatible chime kit and transformer to provide a trickle charge to your Doorbell's battery as well as allow your internal doorbell to ring.
