Hey @ring51. Do you have a set up button on the back or the front of your device, under the faceplate? If the setup button is on the back, you should have a Ring Video Doorbell, and if you have the button on the front under the faceplate, it should be the Doorbell 2. You can also contact our support team at any time to get the replacement screwdriver and find out what Doorbell you have!
