  Hi @Gcpapaleo. Ring devices are not sold or shipped to Brazil, so we can't guarantee that your Ring devices will work as expected. You can find the countries that Ring devices are supported in by checking the [Country Selector](https://ring.com/country-selector) on Ring.com. I'd recommend adding your suggestions for Ring devices to be available in Brazil and for the Ring app to support Portuguese, to our [Feature Request](https://community.ring.com/c/products/24) board. This will help us to organize and share your requests with our teams here, as well as allow other neighbors to comment and add interest, all in one place. Feel free to link that post you make in the Feature Request board here so other neighbors that come to this thread can easily find your suggestion.

  Hi. It's true that you do not ship to Brazil, so you do not need to support Portuguese from Brazil. However, you ship to the "rest of Europe," which includes Portugal. Here's the thing: I have Ring systems in Switzerland and Portugal, but none of them supports Portuguese (from Portugal or Brazil). So please consider supporting Portuguese, as you are indeed selling ring devices to Portugal without any language support. We are NOT Spain, and we do NOT speak Spanish. Thank you for considering the request. :smiley:

  It's unbelievable that I can't even use my Echo/Alexa devices as the chime with Ring's app, but it's possible with free software solutions like home assistant. I am now having to invest my time to learn how to integrate ring doorbell pro 2, that is not a cheap product, to learn how HA works, its Add-ons and integrations, how the programing works, etc, because Ring does not allow this! I need to listen a bell at least! Why is this related to language?!?! You should advertise crystal clear that you only work with half a dozen countries and languages. What a big waste of money!

  @Gcpapaleo I wanted to clarify that Ring is not officially supported in Brazil, so we can't guarantee that your devices or the Ring app will work as expected in an unsupported region.
