I have the exact same issue. I’ve called 4 times and it’s always escalated but no results. I used to be a big supporter of Ring but after the lack of support I’m no so sure now

Yep. I have same issue. I have called multiple times for a refund that hasn't been processed. I filed a complaint with my credit card company because I have called the support line 3X and get the same answers with no resolution.
