I Not getting notifications on my iPhone
troubleshooting
notifications

I'm not getting notifications on my iPhone. It's been about a month and half since it stopped working. It still picks up motion and records-just no notifications!

    Hi @Jsweet8. Try looking over this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210266406-How-to-Troubleshoot-Ring-Notification-Issues-for-iOS-Devices) for troubleshooting Notifications on iPhone. Also, make sure that your Ring app is up to date and you have permission settings enabled. I hope this helps!
