I have events that have gone missing from my timeline that I need, where did they go?

I have the ring protect plan so all of my events should be visible to me, but they're not. I had 2 events go missing from my timeline that I had previously watched several times. The authorities are requesting the videos but now I can find them. Any way to find them again?
