I don't use my cellphone
hardwired-video-doorbell

I use Ring on my computer. It only keeps me signed in for two days, even though I check the box for 30 days. I just spent 30 minutes on the phone with a customer service representative. She said they no longer use email authentication because there were so many fakes. I must use my cellphone for verification. I stay home most of the time, and use my computer, not my cellphone. I am 85. I find the cellphone to be a nuisance. I would like to stay signed in for 30 days or use my email for verification. It seems that neither is an option.

Hi @user_060ddb. If you are selecting the option to stay logged in for 30 days, and it is logging you out sooner, try the following steps:   - Clear cache and cookies on your browser.   - Verify your web browser you are using is up-to-date.   - Disable any active VPNs.   - Try using a different web browser.   If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, the next best step is to continue working with our support team to further investigate this with you.
