How to end in the wind chime on ring wired doorbell

My wired video doorbell pro with the ring plug in adapter makes a in the wind chime during a motion event. Nobody pressed the doorbell and a chime can be heard coming from the physical doorbell. How do I disable this noise?

Hi @user76121. You can control the notification sounds on your phone under Device Settings  Notification Settings  App Alert Tones. From there, you can change the tone for both Rings and Motions. If you do not want an alert for motions, you can select the Silent option. To adjust the ringer volume for your doorbell, this can be done under Device Settings  General Settings  Volume Settings.
