How is it that Ring STILL doesn't have notifications when a device goes offline?
How is it that Ring STILL doesn't have notifications when a device goes offline? The fact this is still an issue is insane. The fact an additional piece of hardware is required, is insane. This needs to be made right, immediately. Is nobody else frustrated by this? This seems very simple to achieve....

Thanks, Caitlyn, I think the bigger question here is, will RING actually do anything about this? I'm not sure how this is a "new idea"....this is clearly security issue. If the device you are depending on for a form of security is offline......but, you are not made aware of it....clearly this is a security threat. With 37k likes, and 628 comments.....it is clear that the customer want/need it. Caitlyn, how can RING make this a priority?
