Hi @crownsaregreat. Your Doorbell will record whenever it detects motion or something rings the bell. If you have an active [Ring Protect plan](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001671383-General-Information-on-Ring-Protect-Subscription-Plans) in place, you can view these videos in the Ring App for up to 60 days. In the Ring App, tap the menu in the top left  Devices  your Doorbell  Mode Settings. This is where you can adjust how your Doorbell will behave based on which Mode you have it in.
