Ring Video Doorbell
How do I disable red recording lights but still record motion? (BATTERY RING DOORBELL)
I need my ring doorbell in its current location for various security reasons (for context I live in a flat and so have a neighbour opposite). I have attempted to mess with the motion distance, even setting this to its minimum and setting up the zone so that it is placed right at my front door. Unfortunately, this still picks up motion well beyond this point and will display the two red recording dots. I do not want to make my neighbours feel like their privacy has been invaded as I do not care what they do. Is there a way I can disable these recording dots signifying motion has been detected whilst still recording any motion?

Hi @user_c285b8. You cannot turn off the lights on your Ring Doorbell. The red lights are infrared lights, which come on when motion is detected in lower light settings.
