History not available on Chrome browser

Hi today I cannot access History on Ring on Chrome. It is just hanging. I can see dashboard and account. Just nothing but a hanging screen when I try to access History. I can access History on phone and on Edge but not on Chrome. Do I have to alter a setting?thanks

Hi @user82195. I would recommend making sure your Chrome browser is up-to-date to see if it helps. Try clearing cache and cookies as well. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for them to further investigate this with you.
