The setup of our devices is a quick and easy process completed via the Ring app. Setup can vary by device type and model, but ultimately you'll want to visit the Ring app \> Log In \> select Setup Device \> and follow the steps that appear on-screen from there. I recommend being close to your wifi router and ensuring the battery is fully charged if you are using a battery-powered model. If the setup is not completing, try giving our support team a call, at 800-656-1918, as they can offer in-depth assistance. :)
