Hardwired Video Doorbell 4 not charging sufficiently
Our hardwired Ring Doorbell 4. battery doesn’t seem to be charging as it did previously. This degradation of the product through what appears to be a software upgrade is all too familiar a problem with previous Ring products. Looking at alternatives to this product if Ring can’t provide adequate customer support.

I am having the same issue. No previous issues with charing until this past week. No freezing temperatures. Doorbell is hardwired. It is showing charging icon and hardwired on setting but battery continues to be depleted

I'm having the same problem, brand new doorbell4 brand new transformer from ring 13.91 volts at both ends, will not charge

I can charge the battery using the USB cable and it will charge. The weather is not cold here, and this behavior just started within the last week, with what appeared to be a software update that added new features and j the app. In the past, the hardwired connection kept the battery satisfactorily charged.
