Halloween alert / chime
Hi I have a 2nd generation wireless ring video door bell but it does not contain the Halloween chime / alert - I do not have a chime - can anyone help please ?

I have been waiting for the Halloween alert release. Loved them last year! They had them last year during the last week of September but they still don’t have them this year. Does anyone know when/if they’ll be released this year??

I found the Halloween chime tone under audio files on my phone just don't know to move it over to the Ring app.

Hi @user24374. Seasonal tones are only available during certain times of the year. Be sure that your Ring app is up to date and continue to keep an eye out for their release!
