How to find the model or the generation of ring doorbell from the serial number or the MAC address. Device setup becomes hard with camera not reading the bar code and mine does not have a QR code. Device stopped working and changed the power supply as well. Need to connect the device to local wifi.

Hi @user_392bae. Is this the first time you're setting this Ring Doorbell up? You will need to scan the barcode or enter the QR code in order to complete the setup. Make sure you have the Doorbell in good lighting, and try using a different phone or table to complete the setup process.
